Effective October 1, 2026 · All In Omaha, a campaign of the Greater Omaha Chamber

This Privacy Policy explains how the Greater Omaha Chamber (“we,” “us,” or “the Chamber”) collects, uses, and shares information through the All In Omaha website and Acknowledgement campaign.

Information we collect. When you sign the Acknowledgement, we collect your organization’s name, employee count, and industry, along with the name, title, and work email of the signing leader and a secondary contact’s name, title, email, and phone number. If you choose to upload a logo or submit a quote, we collect and store those as well. We also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, through standard site analytics.

How we use it. We use this information to list your organization on the public Champions wall as described at sign-up, send confirmation and campaign updates (including invitations to events like the October 8 Power Conference), provide the Chamber support referenced in the Acknowledgement, and understand overall campaign participation. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Public listing. By submitting the Acknowledgement form, you agree that your organization’s name, size tier, industry, join date, and any logo or quote you provide may be displayed publicly on the Champions page and used in related press and social materials. You may request removal from the public wall at any time; see Contact below.

Sharing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site and send communications on our behalf, with Chamber staff administering the campaign, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies. This site uses cookies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics, such as the live community counter. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.

Retention. We retain submitted information for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period afterward for reporting, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices. You can request a copy of the information we hold about your organization, ask us to correct inaccurate details on the Champions wall, request removal from the public listing or our contact list, or unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in those messages.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s privacy. This site is intended for business use by employer representatives and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy as the campaign evolves. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

Contact. Questions about this policy or your organization’s listing can be sent to the Greater Omaha Chamber at Info@OmahaChamber.org or 402-346-5000.
